Months ago I got a third ear stud on the right. (I have an inner conch piercing - in the middle of my ear shell - on the left). After a few months I was ecstatic that it had heeled and I could change up the piercing. And then... I left it out for a few days and couldn't get it in anymore without having to force it and possibly ruining my ear.
So now, by the time I was ready for a fourth stud, I have to start the process all over again. Ugh, I'm way too impatient! It takes two months until it's completely closed up, then it needs to be pierced again (ouch!), then wait two more months for it to heal. Long story short: it takes forever. So I'm thinking of getting the third stud re-pierced and adding a fourth at the same time. I'm not sure if that's a good idea, so I wanted to see if any of you have experienced getting multiple piercings in one ear. And do you have any cool ear piercing suggestions? Shoot!

Ik heb er 3 en vind dat genoeg, mijn tattoo zetten deed minder pijn! Waarom neem je niet een kleintje?
Ik heb mijn tragus een paar jaar geleden laten piercen. Ik ben nog altijd erg blij met deze piercing. De eerste paar dagen is rot slapen maar nu weet ik niet beter.

I went and had two done at the same time, personally, it didn't hurt, although it was winter (which meant it was freeezzzing) and I was just outside for few hours, so my ears felt numb. :D

I would repierce the third one, I've always loved how awesome those studs look on you!
But I'd personally leave it to that number. Three is, in aesthetics the perfect balance!

If you do get it redone, make sure they use a needle! So many piercing studios use guns- which are ok on the ear lobe, but if you use them on cartilage there is an increased risk of it splitting and shattering. (Blunt stud forced through... ouch!) Needles are the way forward! Personally I'd wimp out at upper ear or inner ear, but think they'd look good on you! :)x

Ik heb er zelf mee twee in elk oor, en apart van elkaar gepiercd, dus ik heb geen idee.. Maar die derde staat wel heel erg mooi, dus die zou ik sowieso weer laten doen! Maar een vierde tegelijk.. Kan nogal pijnlijk worden denk ik.

I love piercings so much...I have four in my left ear and I couldn't be happier with the result.
However you will need to take care of it thoroughly...this fourth is more likely to get infected. But it actually looks lovely!! ^-^

Doen! Ik heb mijn 3e en 4e ook tegelijk laten zetten, was geen probleem. Bij 1 gaatje is je hele oor pijnlijk, dan heb je het nu maar gehad met 2 tegelijk! ;)

Ik heb zelf geen ervaring met meerdere piercings zetten in 1x, behalve dan gewoon die 3 oorbelgaatjes maar dat stelt niks voor.
Als je het antwoord weet laat het mij dan ook weten, ik wil namelijk ook meerdere oorpiercings in 1x laten zetten.
Dat ene plaatje wat je laatste op je facebook zette, je oorschel boven je tragus en dan 3 op een rij.

My friend got about six studs in her ear at the same time once; it healed fine, but I'm not sure it's advisable!! To be honest I think you'll be fine getting your fourth if your third just needs to be re pierced x

I've always been a fan of rook or tragus piercings (I'm so afraid to get one myself though, i know, i'm a complete weakling) but I mean 3's a perfect number already! :')
I love ear piercings, but I only have one on each ear so far, because I used to be allergic on the jewellry, but I will definitly get some more.
I think the only good advice is that you should let it heal very long and you won't get (many) problems with it. Btw, I love the three you already have. They fit great to you :) xx
You should definitely do it. My friend has her diath and helix pierced, which look amazing.
I just did exactly the same thing!
I actually re-pierced it myself the first time I forgot about it, but now also feel its too late.
What I can't stand is not being able to sleep on it for 2 months due to the pain!
Definitely suggest getting both done at the same time to prevent prolonging the pain.
They all look really cute as they are though!
