Since I'm way too pale for pastels - they completely wash me out - I'll still be rocking neons this spring. So recently I ran in to a skirt that was not only neon but lace as well (score!) and decided to go for a longer length this time. Paired with some of my most ladylike shoes plus a leather jacket and jogging shirt for some contrast, I was ready to face yesterday's sun.
